Biography:

Ahmed Hegazi is a Professor of Microbiology and Immunology at the National Research Center, Egypt. He holds a PhD (1981) and has focused his research on bee products and their therapeutic effects. Dr. Hegazi has received numerous awards, including Egypt’s First Class Decoration of Excellence (1995) and multiple international recognitions. He has published 256 scientific articles, authored 22 books, and served as an editor/reviewer for numerous journals. He has also led national and international research projects and holds a patent (2017).
